Celebrities Selling (and Buying) Homes

Tag: Handy ArticlesJane @ 7:00 am

Ever wonder just how much people would be willing to pay to live in a pro-athlete’s former home or how much a starlet is willing to pay for her Hollywood mansion? Are they having trouble selling their pricey pads because of the poor market? Well, there’s a place you can go to find out the answers to questions like these and more.

The blog of Berg Properties, an MLS listing service, has got the scoop on celebrity real estate. Sometimes, the blog even obtains interior photos of the homes being sold.

For example, the Berg blog just wrote about comedian Brad Sherwood re-listing his once $4 million Encino abode for $3.595 million. The former Whose Line Is It Anyway? Star has been trying to sell his home for a year. The exterior is not much to look at, but the inside is spacious and has been updated since its construction in 1962.

Let’s just say that the Berg blog is my US Weekly or People Magazine. I don’t care about where celebrities eat, shop or do their laundry. I want to know about the kinds of houses they buy and how they decorate each room! If you’re like me, you’ll want to keep up with the blog here.
